Vivid Imaginations
British toy company founded in 1992. It made Thunderbirds toys for the 2000 revival and the 2005 40th anniversary, and was master toy partner for Thunderbirds Are Go.
Its 2000 Tracy Island was the toy of that Christmas: the BBC World Service reported a fight in Harrods over the last one and Hamleys handing out tickets for its stock. Vivid’s 2005 anniversary vehicles, now in the V&A, play recorded phrases from the original programmes.
