Collector’s notes
Alongside toys, a market for adult collector pieces has grown. Product Enterprise — now Sixteen 12 Collectibles — made large “studio scale” replicas of FAB 1 and the Thunderbird craft between 2003 and 2019, all in limited editions that have sold out. Big Chief Studios, founded in 2011, announced 1:6 scale Thunderbirds character figures in 2016 under an agreement with ITV, starting with Scott Tracy. Anderson Entertainment, the company Gerry Anderson founded, has produced its own limited-edition Thunderbird 2.
If a limited edition was sold with a certificate, check it is included when buying second-hand.
